Positions are each shop's own ordering of what it lists, so gift cards and consoles count. They show how Resonant moves against other products, not units sold. Readings are taken once a morning, Helsinki time. ▲ means the position improved since the previous reading.

PSNProfiles and TrueAchievements only count players who track their games on those sites, so the totals sit far below copies sold. The implied rows apply assumed tracking shares to the latest count: 1.9 to 3 percent of PS5 copies and 8 to 12 percent of Xbox copies. The PS5 floor of about 1.9 percent is the lowest share that fits Remedy's 1M+ on 15 Oct (taken as at most about 1.1M) with Steam near 595K and Xbox and Epic at their central values; the other bounds are rough guides from comparable games, not measured for Resonant. The shares can drift. PlayStation Plus claims and Game Pass plays count as owners or players without a sale (no such placement has been found for Resonant or for the games it is compared with, but that rests on guide sites, not official pages). PS5 early-access fans (from 22 Sep) are likelier to track their games and disc buyers less so, which would make a fixed share understate later copies. TrueAchievements also counts Windows players, including Xbox Play Anywhere, so read the Xbox range loosely. Epic is not seen by any count here, and its share of copies is an assumption. Compare each day's change with the games beside it, and treat the level as a rough guide. Raijin's Steam figures are modelled estimates, and the PS Store DB lags by a few days.

The first tracker reading is 10 Oct, but Resonant launched on 24 Sept. The Internet Archive has saved copies of three pages from those weeks (the Steam store page, Steam top sellers and SteamDB), listed below with times in UTC. It has no copies of Resonant's PSNProfiles, TrueAchievements or Raijin pages, so the owner counts and Raijin's unit estimates for 24 Sept to 9 Oct cannot be recovered. The store page shows the English-language review count, which runs at about half of the all-language count the Reviews row above uses, so do not compare the two. The top sellers page shows its rank first, then last week's rank and the weeks on the chart.

Day by day
One column per daily check, newest on the right, with the change since the previous column. Steam peaks are the highest simultaneous players of the UTC day before the column's date. PSNProfiles and TrueAchievements counts cover only players who track their games there, and TrueAchievements looks cached daily, so identical numbers on consecutive days are normal. Raijin units are modelled and can be several days old. Resonant is in the Tracker counts above.

Steam, average of each month's daily peaks, as a multiple of the month before the launch. Older Remedy games on PC get a lift and it fades over a few months.
Steam daily peaks on Thu to Sun after the discs (15 to 18 Oct) against the same four days a week earlier (8 to 11 Oct). Discs are console only, so this is a control group, not a measurement of them. The console side shows up in the PSNProfiles and TrueAchievements changes above as days accumulate.
Owner and played-by counts read from saved copies of the PSNProfiles and TrueAchievements pages. Each dot is one saved copy, so the gaps between dots are gaps in the archive, not in the data.

The history above was read from saved copies of these pages. These links open the Internet Archive's calendar for each page, so you can check a reading or look for a date I missed. The useful dates are 5 Oct 2021 (Alan Wake Remastered), 27 Oct 2023 (Alan Wake 2) and 22 Oct 2024 (Alan Wake 2 discs); the closest saved copies of the Alan Wake 2 pages sit at least three months either side of the disc date.
Steam peaks come from SteamDB and are the highest simultaneous players in a UTC day; older days are stored as a single daily peak. PSNProfiles owners add every region and PS4/PS5 entry. TrueAchievements counts look cached daily. PS Store ratings are the review count on the PlayStation Store. Raijin units are modelled Steam estimates. None of these are sales; Control, Alan Wake 2 and Alan Wake Remastered also sold on Epic, Xbox and PlayStation, which Steam does not see.
